   Their heirs and assigns to the only proper
  use benefit and behalf of the said David Krotzer and Michael Benjamin their
  heirs and assigns forever and the said John J. McCoy and Elizabeth his wife
  for their heirs executors and administrators do covenant promise grant and
  agree to and with the said David Krotzer and Michael Benjamin their heirs and
  assigns by these presents that they the said John J. McCoy and Elizabeth his
  wife and their heirs the said tract or parcel of land and Saw mill
  hereditaments and premises herby granted and released or mentioned or
  intended so to be with the appentenances unto the said David Krotzer and
  Michael Benjamin their heirs and assigns against the said John J. McCoy and
  Elizabeth his wife and their heirs and against all and every other person or
  persons whomsoever lawfully claimed or to claim the said land and Saw mill
  shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents in witness
  whereof the said John J. McCoy and Elizabeth his wife to these presents have
  hereunto set their hands and seals Dated the day and year first above
  written.

  indenture of and from the above named David Krotzer and Michael Benjamin the
  sum of six hundred dollars in full for the consideration money above
  mentioned John J. McCoy witness present at signing Wesley Potter Luzerne
  County SS                    Be it remembered that on the thirteenth day of
  September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three
  Before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace for said county personally came the
  above named John J. McCoy and Elizabeth his wife and acknowledged the above
  Indenture to be their act and deed and desired the same may be recorded as
  such according to Law the said Elizabeth being of lawful age and the contents
  made known to her and she consenting thereto without any compulsion from her
  said husband given under my hand and seal at Abington the day and date above
